K\u00f6rde den idag fram till 14:30. S\u00e5 sedan till tre halv fyra tiden s\u00e5 gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen. Hade idag fl\u00e4sk och mos gott mos. S\u00e5g en serie n\u00e4 tv\u00e5 serier idag innan jag gav upp f\u00f6r dagen. Fick i mig en kopp kaffe och s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag ig\u00e5ng med \u00f6vningarna till sex tiden. S\u00e5 till \u00e5tta tiden s\u00e5 satte jag mig och l\u00e4ste lite ur kaninj\u00e4garen. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag tror jag visst. Jo jag har spelat med men det gick inte alls bra idag dog och dog och dog s\u00e5 jag tar en annan dag och spelar d\u00e5 jag har lite mer gnista att spela.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja har f\u00e5tt fram kl\u00e4derna f\u00f6r imonn och jag skall k\u00f6ra stretchen med tror jag i alla fall. S\u00e5 skall se imonn hur det k\u00e4nns men jag tror jag k\u00f6r allt imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja fick tv\u00e5 timmar idag och jag \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med detta efter lite kass natt inatt.
