Var seg upp idag och fick idag i mig en \u00e4gg frukost med bacon och br\u00f6d. S\u00e5 sedan satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen till ett tiden h\u00f6ll idag p\u00e5 fram till 14:30 tiden. Stack till gymmet till tre och sedan hem igen. Idag gjorde jag stretchen och fick i mig lite mat med men idag smakade det inte s\u00e5 bra. M\u00e5ste byta mat nu tror jag. S\u00e5 s\u00e5g en serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t idag och s\u00e5 fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe med. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer att s\u00e4ga idag en r\u00e4tt okey dag men lite kass&nbsp; natt igen. Skall sova runt 70 n\u00e4r jag tar starktablett men inte inatt heller sover inte s\u00e5 bra l\u00e4ngre p\u00e5 tabletterna. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 nog f\u00f6r idag ses igen imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde allt idag och sedan ocks\u00e5 stretchen med s\u00e5 okey idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag fr\u00e5n ett tiden och fram till 14:30 d\u00e5 jag la ner f\u00f6r dagen. Lite segt idag men jag kom \u00e4nd\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng till slut och jag \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med dagen idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TECKNING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6r till s\u00f6ndag igen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MUSIK: <\/strong>Ja vi f\u00e5r se hur jag sover inatt om jag k\u00f6r imonn eller inte.
