Jag kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 11:00 fick mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen idag till ett tiden. K\u00f6rde den idag till 14:30 d\u00e5 jag gick ig\u00e5ng med \u00f6vningarna. S\u00e5 till tre k\u00f6rde jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen hade idag kotletter och peppars\u00e5s och s\u00e5g en serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t idag. S\u00e5 mer? Jo jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte hur jag sover egentligen ser jag p\u00e5 appen s\u00e5 sov jag inatt tre timmar djup och tv\u00e5 timmar rem och sedan resten l\u00e4tt. Men jag litar inte p\u00e5 den den visar s\u00e5 d\u00e4r och jag tror att jag sover mer djups\u00f6mn \u00e4n l\u00e4tt d\u00e5 \u00e4r jag pigg av djups\u00f6mn inte av l\u00e4tt s\u00f6mn. S\u00e5 jag sover bra trotts att jag vaknar under natten men annan natt sover jag ungef\u00e4r samma och \u00e4r tr\u00f6tt. Det \u00e4r skumt och jag fattar inte hur det g\u00e5r till. S\u00e5 mer? Jo jag hoppas att jag sover som inatt inatt s\u00e5 jag kan k\u00f6ra igen p\u00e5 romanen imonn. Jo det \u00e4r chans till vinst idag till 21:30 ringer de innan 22:00 s\u00e5 \u00e4r det vinst annars vinner jag nog inte n\u00e5tt. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag s\u00e5 jag s\u00e4ger hej f\u00f6r idag ses ingen imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja inget idag p\u00e5 denna punkt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja \u00e4ntligen kom jag ig\u00e5ng idag \u00e4ven om jag inte fattar att jag sover ibland och ibland inte. S\u00e5 jag k\u00f6r imonn igen om jag sover igen inatt.
