Fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med inte n\u00e5tt idag igen. S\u00e5 till 17:00 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen men idag gav jag upp och gick hem igen. Tappade farten helt och la ner. S\u00e5 kom hem och gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen och s\u00e5g lite p\u00e5 teven med men bara sl\u00f6 glodde idag. Efter detta fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe och mer? N\u00e4 inget mer idag s\u00e5 jag s\u00e4ger hej f\u00f6r idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag men tappade farten helt sedan efter ett par \u00f6vningar idag.
