S\u00e5 till 15:00 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen och gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen s\u00e5g inte p\u00e5 n\u00e5tt idag utan sl\u00f6 glodde idag och avslutade med en kopp kaffe. S\u00e5 mer?
