Ja till ett tiden stack jag till ICA f\u00f6r att handla sedan hem igen. S\u00e5 sedan till 15:00 gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen hade idag fl\u00e4sk och potatis och l\u00f6ks\u00e5s och s\u00e5g en serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t idag. Efter detta fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe med. Jag hade hoppats p\u00e5 att jag skulle kunna skriva idag men eftersom jag skulle ut s\u00e5 gick det inte att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5tt idag. Men imonn \u00e4r en dag d\u00e5 jag inte skall ut eller g\u00f6ra n\u00e5tt mer \u00e4n skriva t\u00e4nkte jag men jag f\u00e5r se hur jag sover inatt med bra hoppas jag. S\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag imonn hoppas jag i alla fall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja inget idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja imonn hoppas jag att&nbsp; jag kan k\u00f6ra h\u00e4r igen.
