Sedan kom jag ur s\u00e4ngen till 11:10 fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen till ett tiden. K\u00f6rde den idag till 14:20 d\u00e5 jag la ner f\u00f6r dagen. S\u00e5 sedan till 14:45 gjorde jag mig iordning f\u00f6r att dra till tr\u00e4ningen idag. S\u00e5 sedan tr\u00e4nade jag och s\u00e5 hem igen. Gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen och s\u00e5g en serie och sedan en serie till idag n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t. Efter detta fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe. S\u00e5 mer? Jo skannern blev klar idag till 18:00 tiden och d\u00e5 gick den i 22 timmar innan den var klar s\u00e5 n\u00e5got \u00e4r fel och jag hoppas att jag kan f\u00e5 hj\u00e4lp med detta sedan kanske redan idag. Det \u00e4r natt n\u00e4r det \u00e4r dag h\u00e4r och vise versa s\u00e5 jag kan f\u00e5 svar idag hoppas jag jag fick ett svar och la till mer info ig\u00e5r n\u00e4 idag morse. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 inget mer idag s\u00e5 jag s\u00e4ger hej f\u00f6r idag ses igen imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag och det gick bra jag s\u00e4nkte vikterna och gick ig\u00e5ng med tio sekunders vila mellan seten idag och det gick bra.
