Kom ig\u00e5ng till tio tiden kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 11:10 fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 gick jag&nbsp; ig\u00e5ng med romanen till ett tiden lite seg idag efter kass natt. K\u00f6rde den idag till 14:30 d\u00e5 jag la av och sedan till 14:50 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen. Gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen och s\u00e5g en serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t idag och efter detta fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 inget mer!<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja gjorde inte allt idag lite seg jag hoppade en \u00f6vning idag lite seg p\u00e5 slutet idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag och det gick okey men det var r\u00e4tt segt idag att k\u00f6ra.
