S\u00e5 kom ig\u00e5ng idag till sex tiden kom sedan ur s\u00e4ngen till 10:45 fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med inte n\u00e5tt idag igen l\u00e5g mest i s\u00e4ngen idag till 14:30 tiden sedan upp och stack till tr\u00e4ningen till 15:00 tiden sedan hem igen. Gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen n\u00e4r jag kom hem och sedan fick jag i mig tv\u00e5 koppar kaffe igen.
