K\u00f6rde sedan till 14:30 d\u00e5 jag la ner f\u00f6r dagen. Mer om detta nedan. S\u00e5 sedan till 14:50 tiden gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen hade idag hamburgare och br\u00f6d och pommes. S\u00e5g idag tv\u00e5 avsnitt av samma serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t och sedan fick jag i mig tv\u00e5 koppar kaffe. Sedan har jag mailat till backuppen har ett par problem med den har haft ett par dagar nu. S\u00e5 sedan har jag inte gjort n\u00e5tt mer idag. Men en bra natt och en bra dag idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Jaha inget idag heller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag och det gick bra \u00e4ven om jag fick kolla upp massor p\u00e5 internet idag innan jag gick ig\u00e5ng idag och sedan lite till koll. Men jag tror att jag har f\u00e5tt ig\u00e5ng det igen och om jag sover inatt s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag igen imonn.
