{"id":22875,"date":"2024-01-08T21:07:52","date_gmt":"2024-01-08T19:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.henrikporali.se\/blogg\/?p=22875"},"modified":"2024-01-08T21:07:52","modified_gmt":"2024-01-08T19:07:52","slug":"mndag-8-1-2024-2001","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.henrikporali.se\/blogg\/mndag-8-1-2024-2001\/","title":{"rendered":"M&aring;ndag 8\/1-2024 20:01"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>DAG: <\/strong>Jaha till natt igen d\u00e5 ja och en bra natt inatt kom ig\u00e5ng idag till 7:20 och sedan kom jag ur s\u00e4ngen till 11:00 fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen till 11:30 tiden k\u00f6rde idag till 14:00 kom sedan iv\u00e4g till gymmet till 15:00 sedan hem igen och gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen och s\u00e5g sedan en serie n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t idag och sedan efter detta fick jag i mig tv\u00e5 koppar kaffe igen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Jaha idag fick jag inte gjort allt f\u00f6r en maskin var kass jag fick hoppa tv\u00e5 \u00f6vningar idag men annars gick det bra idag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja pigg idag igen och det \u00e4r jag om jag inte sover p\u00e5 dagen innan utan skriver s\u00e5 blir jag pigg dagen efter\u00e5t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MUSIK: <\/strong>Ja inget h\u00e4r heller.<\/p>\n<p>Jag s\u00e4ger Tjingeling!
