Somnade som jag skulle ig\u00e5r och sov sedan till 4:00 sedan till sju tiden kom sedan ur s\u00e4ngen till 8:30 tiden fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen till 11:30 idag men jag gick ig\u00e5ng med att l\u00e4sa till 10:00 tiden eller just efter detta. S\u00e5 k\u00f6rde idag till 14:00 och s\u00e5 till 15:00 gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen hade idag hamburgare och mos gott mos. S\u00e5 s\u00e5g jag sista avsnittet av parasit och s\u00e5g idag att det var en miniserie s\u00e5 inget mer p\u00e5 den. S\u00e5 efter detta fick jag i mig tv\u00e5 koppar kaffe igen. S\u00e5 skall jag upp till innan sju s\u00e5 jag kan ringa till n\u00e4rh\u00e4lsan och boka tid hoppas jag i alla fall s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller vi tummarna f\u00f6r att det inte \u00e4r hj\u00e4rtat som \u00e4r fel p\u00e5 eller hur ja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Jaha har packat v\u00e4skan idag och jag hoppas att jag sover inatt s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag imonn igen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Jaha k\u00f6rde idag igen och det gick lite tr\u00f6gt idag men fick \u00e4nd\u00e5 till en del som jag \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med.
