S\u00e5 sedan l\u00e5g jag till ett tiden och sedan efter detta l\u00e5g jag ett tag till kom ig\u00e5ng sedan till 14:00. S\u00e5 sedan till 14:40 stack jag till gymmet och sedan&nbsp; hem igen. Mer om detta nedan. S\u00e5 fick ig\u00e5ng middagen och s\u00e5g idag en film som hette venom den nya slutet eller vad den nu hette jag s\u00e5g inte klart idag utan ser tills imonn mer d\u00e5. S\u00e5 efter detta fick jag i mig tv\u00e5 koppar kaffe igen. <\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Jaha idag gick jag inte igen tappade faren helt och la ner jag hade g\u00e5tt upp p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet och g\u00e5tt ig\u00e5ng men sedan gav jag upp och gick hem igen. Suck m\u00e5ste ha mer \u00e4n en ganska bra och en bra dag f\u00f6r att orka k\u00f6ra g\u00e5ngen igen.
