Och innan detta hade jag v\u00e4gt mig och jag hade g\u00e5tt upp ett kilo till 107 vilket \u00e4r konstigt n\u00e4r jag \u00e4ter minder \u00e4n innan. S\u00e5 sedan fick jag gjort tr\u00e4nings maten och sedan fick jag gjort kaffe kapslarna. S\u00e5 sedan la jag mig ett tag till 13:00 fr\u00e5n 11:00 och sedan v\u00e4ntade jag p\u00e5 att klockan skulle sl\u00e5 14:00 och d\u00e5 gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen hade idag kyckling och pommes stekte idag igen i en timme en halvtimme p\u00e5 varje sida.
