Kom ur s\u00e4ngen till elva tiden och fick i mig frukosten. Sedan satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen k\u00f6rde den fram till ett d\u00e5 jag tog lunch och sedan igen fr\u00e5n tv\u00e5 till tre. Sedan stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen sedan hem igen. S\u00e5 hoppade stretchen idag mer om detta nedan. Och fick inte i mig middagen heller idag som jag sa s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker inte en dag efter tre kass n\u00e4tter. S\u00e5 efter detta fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe och s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r jag h\u00e4r. S\u00e5 mer? Imonn \u00e4r det tv\u00e4tt som g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r mig sedan kanske till l\u00f6rdag f\u00e5r jag bes\u00f6k men vet inte \u00e4nnu. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag ses igen imonn. Lite piggare d\u00e5 hoppas jag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde tr\u00e4ningen idag men till cykeln s\u00e5 tappade jag orken och la ner. Samma med stretchen hade inte lust idag. Jag har sovit illa i tre dagar och \u00e4nd\u00e5 orkat med att skriva men det s\u00e4tter sina sp\u00e5r. S\u00e5 \u00e4ven om jag sov bra inatt s\u00e5 r\u00e4cker inte det f\u00f6r att dagen skall bli bra. Men jag tar igen det till n\u00e4sta vecka hoppas jag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HEMSIDAN: <\/strong>Ja imonn s\u00e5 skall jag l\u00e4gga till nya receptet som var gott men hade varit godare om jag hade tagit lite mindre pasta.
