Och eftersom jag tar starktablett s\u00e5 \u00e4r det illa jag skall somna efter en halvtimme men n\u00e4r detta inte sker s\u00e5 ligger jag l\u00e4nge. S\u00e5 \u00e4ven inatt. Somnade men sov sedan kasst fram till tio tiden. Kom ur s\u00e4ngen och fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen. Men idag tappade jag intresset och la ner till 14:00 tiden det var ingen ide att k\u00f6ra alls idag. S\u00e5 d\u00e5 satte jag mig och pillade lite med datorn och s\u00e5g d\u00e5 varf\u00f6r inte den somnar. Den har f\u00e5tt ny drivrutin p\u00e5 grafikkortet och somnar inte. Hoppas att det kommer ny snart s\u00e5 jag kan f\u00e5 den att somna. Men d\u00e5 vet jag att det inte \u00e4r n\u00e5got fel utan bara en drivrutin. S\u00e5 mer? Jo till tre tiden s\u00e5 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen. K\u00f6rde inte stretch idag utan gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen men en g\u00e5ng idag. Min br\u00e4nda middag men det smakade okey \u00e4nd\u00e5. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag ses igen imonn. <\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja hoppade stretchen idag men till torsdag skall jag k\u00f6ra igen d\u00e5 med de gamla armh\u00e4vningarna men med lyft axel s\u00e5 hoppas jag att det g\u00f6r susen. Och det tar tv\u00e5 veckor f\u00f6r att veta om det d\u00e5 inte \u00e4r okey s\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag ta och kontakta en sjukgymnast iallafall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja kass natt men jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte iallafall idag ett tag sedan gav jag upp. Tar igen det tills imonn hoppas jag.
