Sov inatt i tio timmar nytt olympiskt rekord vaknade till \u00e5tta och gick och la mig till tio. S\u00e5 kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 10:30 idag och fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen. K\u00f6rde den idag fram till ett d\u00e5 det var lunch och sedan igen fr\u00e5n tv\u00e5 till tre. Efter detta s\u00e5 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen. Hoppade stretchen idag och gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen med en g\u00e5ng. S\u00e5 s\u00e5g lite p\u00e5 teven med n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t och s\u00e5 fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe. S\u00e5 mer? Ja jag vann inte n\u00e5tt p\u00e5 lotto i s\u00f6ndags heller men det \u00e4r ju som det brukar vara s\u00e5. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 inget mer idag ses igen tills imonn. D\u00e5 jag skall till sjukgymnasten och f\u00e5 nya b\u00e4ttre \u00f6vningar hoppas jag ni f\u00e5r veta imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag och det gick bra inga problem med ryggen den har blivit lite b\u00e4ttre men jag kan inte b\u00f6ja ryggen l\u00e4nge korta stunder s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det bra. Jag hoppas p\u00e5 bra \u00f6vningar till imonn. Skall vara d\u00e4r till tre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja bra s\u00f6mn s\u00e5 idag gick det bra att k\u00f6ra. Fick till det bra.
