S\u00e5 till natten en kass natt och idag s\u00e5 hade klockans batteri g\u00e5tt ut s\u00e5 jag fick ingen data alls idag. Kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 10:30 tiden och fick i mig frukosten sedan gick jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen. K\u00f6rde den idag till 13:00 d\u00e5 jag gav upp och stack sedan till ICA f\u00f6r att handla lite sedan hem igen. Gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen till fyra tiden hade idag korv och stripes och s\u00e5g mina serier n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t. S\u00e5 sedan till sex tiden s\u00e5 gjorde jag \u00f6vningarna och s\u00e5 pillade jag med datorn ett tag fram till nu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja idag gjorde jag bara \u00f6vningarna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja kass natt men jag k\u00f6rde \u00e4nd\u00e5 lite idag men tappade farten till ett tiden d\u00e5 jag la ner.
