Men n\u00e4r jag kollade klockan s\u00e5 var det lite s\u00e4mre \u00e4n jag trodde. Vaknade tre g\u00e5nger under natten eller om det var fyra och l\u00e5g sedan i en halv timme innan jag somnade igen. S\u00e5 men jag kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 10:00 tiden och fick i mig frukosten. Sedan s\u00e5 laddade jag f\u00f6r att skriva och det gick okey idag \u00e4ven om jag missade sista halvtimmen idag. S\u00e5 sedan till tre tiden s\u00e5 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen. S\u00e5 sedan gick jag ig\u00e5ng med middagen och s\u00e5 ringde det och sedan fick jag i mig maten idag. Men jag tar lite mindre portioner nu. S\u00e5 sedan fick jag i mig en kopp kaffe och nu \u00e4r jag h\u00e4r. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag ses&nbsp; igen tills imonn. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det tv\u00e4tt och s\u00e5 skall jag ut och handla lite med skall ha ny tr\u00e4ningsmat s\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r se vad det blir imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde mina \u00f6vningar idag men jag har ont i ryggen igen efter flytten. Jag hoppas att det sl\u00e4pper snart s\u00e5 jag kan k\u00f6ra ig\u00e5ng igen som innan. Skall ta lite tablett idag s\u00e5 ser vi om det \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre imonn. S\u00e5 skall ocks\u00e5 s\u00e4tta p\u00e5 mig ryggst\u00f6det imonn har inte haft p\u00e5 det p\u00e5 ett tag men nu m\u00e5ste jag nog ta p\u00e5 det igen ett tag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja idag gick jag ig\u00e5ng och jag k\u00f6rde en och en halvtimme idag inte tv\u00e5 som jag skall.
