Kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 10:30 tiden och fick i mig frukosten. Sedan till tolv s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med romanen. K\u00f6rde den idag fram till 14:00 tiden och s\u00e5 stack jag till ICA f\u00f6r att handla lite jag fick inte med mig allt ig\u00e5r. S\u00e5 sedan n\u00e4r jag kom hem s\u00e5 gick jag ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningsmaten sedan var klockan s\u00e5 mycket att jag hoppade stretchen idag och gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen. Hade idag kotletter med pommes och s\u00e5g en film som var okey idag. Jaha mer? Fick i mig en kopp kaffe med och s\u00e5 b\u00e4ddade jag s\u00e4ngen. S\u00e5 mer? En bra dag idag \u00e4ven om jag inte skriver s\u00e5 mycket idag. N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag jo jag har lite pengar kvar nu s\u00e5 jag f\u00e5r leva sn\u00e5lt fram till den 25\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Jaha missade stretchen idag igen men jag skall k\u00f6ra den sedan. Bara om jag kunde sova lite b\u00e4ttre hela tiden inte bara en dag utan mer. Vi f\u00e5r se till n\u00e4sta vecka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROMAN: <\/strong>Ja idag gick det lite segt men jag fick mina tv\u00e5 timmar \u00e4nd\u00e5 tillslut jag kom p\u00e5 n\u00e5got att skriva och s\u00e5 gjorde jag det.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 snart kommer tv\u00e5 nya punkter h\u00e4r det \u00e4r musik och sedan teckning med men det tar ett tag till innan de kommer.
