S\u00e5 somnade jag igen ett tag och kom ur s\u00e4ngen till 11:20. Fick i mig frukosten och s\u00e5 satte jag ig\u00e5ng med att pilla med carepacket till datorn gjorde det ig\u00e5r kv\u00e4ll men fick inte till det ig\u00e5r och sen blev jag med. Men jag mailade idag s\u00e5 jag hoppas att jag kan f\u00e5 svar tills imonn. S\u00e5 sedan till tre s\u00e5 stack jag till tr\u00e4ningen och sedan hem igen. Fick i mig middag idag och gjorde \u00f6vningarna innan jag gick ig\u00e5ng med middagen. En kass dag idag. Jo s\u00e5 har grannen igen flyttat mitt tv\u00e4tt l\u00e5s hoppas att han slutar med det \u00e4r inte p\u00e5 gott hum\u00f6r s\u00e5 jag hoppas att han l\u00e4gger ner detta annars blir jag irriterade p\u00e5 honom. S\u00e5 fick ett samtal med idag och det var inte roligt att h\u00f6ra. S\u00e5 mer? N\u00e4 kommer inte p\u00e5 mer idag ses igen imonn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TR\u00c4NING: <\/strong>Ja k\u00f6rde idag men jag hoppade lite idag k\u00e4nde att ryggen inte \u00e4r okey s\u00e5 jag hoppade det idag.
